Here comes trouble! Lenny and Sulwe usually squabble amongst themselves, but sometimes they team up to wreak havoc further afield.

Nanny Quanza, who is all too aware of the babies’ penchant for mischief, comes thundering after them — just in case they (or the Keeper holding the camera!) needs backup.

We’re so curious to see how baby Zigi — born just two weeks ago — fits into the mix when he’s a bit bigger!

Lenny and Sulwe are ‘grandchildren’ of our Orphans’ Project. They aren’t related by blood, but born just three weeks apart, they are growing up as siblings. Both their mothers, Lima Lima and Sonje, were orphaned as infants and raised in our care.

Now, Lima Lima and Sonje are grown up, living wild, and starting their own families. However, they still choose to link up with their Umani family most mornings, spending the day with their Keepers and the dependent orphan herd.
